1. Forum Age Eligibility. The forum and community are intended for persons aged 16 years and older.

2. Forum Conduct. While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any really objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence neither the administrators, moderators, webmaster, or owner(s) of Millionairesville.com will be held liable.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Your also agree not to "spam" the forum with advertisements or solicitations. Doing any of these may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

3. Participation is Conditional And By Permission. One specific implication of this (but not the only implication) is that if you do not meet the qualifications for participation in a Millionaire Challenge, and continue to meet such ongoing qualifications, you WILL be excluded from the core group of Challenge participants that continue to meet the qualifications. You agree that we reserve the right to modify such qualifications from time to time as deemed appropriate in the sole discretion of John Woodman and Millionairesville.com.

Further, even if you meet pre-stated conditions, there is no guarantee of continued and ongoing participation in either the Challenge or the forum. Your participation in any Millionairesville.com program, and even the continued provision of the Millionairesville.com forum, web site, and Millionaire Challenge, may be terminated by John Woodman or Millionairesville.com at any time and for any reason whatsoever without liability on our part.

4. Forum Registration. Registrants in the Millionairesville.com forum agree to provide and maintain a valid email address. The e-mail address required by the forum itself is used only for confirming your registration details and password, and for notifying you of forum responses and private messages (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).

5. Challenge and Forum Participation. As a Millionairesville.com forum member, you may choose to participate or not participate in the annual Millionaire Challenge. If you choose to participate in the annual Millionaire Challenge, you agree to provide your real name, a valid email address, and a working telephone number to the Millionairesville Community Facilitator.

The Community Facilitator uses this information for the following purposes:

a) To maintain high community quality by discouraging completely anonymous (and therefore completely unaccountable) persons from signing up for a Challenge and gaining access to the more private areas reserved only for Challenge participants.

b) To maintain a listing of Challenge participants with contact info. This allows another means for the Community Facilitator to contact you if need be. For example, if your email address is bouncing emails, or a matter of dispute between members has arisen, the Community Facilitator might wish to contact you via telephone. The Community Facilitator might also contact members on occasion simply to ask how they’re doing, whether they have any questions or need assistance, etc. By participating in the Millionaire Challenge, you accept and agree to be contacted by the Community Facilitator, or possibly (in the future) by an assistant acting on his behalf, at the discretion of the Community Facilitator, for such reasonable, Challenge-related reasons.

We won’t pass your contact information on to third parties, unless we should be required to pass information on to appropriate law-enforcement authorities in the event of an investigation. We won’t sell your information to others. We won’t contact you to provide, sell or advertise goods or services. A possible exception to this rule: we may at some point in the future mention or otherwise offer exceptionally helpful materials in the context of a helpful, inspirational email that we send out occasionally to those forum members who wish to receive it. In the unlikely event that such email should become annoying, you’re perfectly free to unsubscribe at any time without affecting your forum membership or Challenge participation.

By participating in the Millionairesville.com forum, you grant to Millionairesville.com the license and right to reproduce your forum posts in the forum, in the original thread where they are posted or as they may be moved by the administrator or moderator to a different location, in the sole discretion of the administrator or moderators. In other words, by submitting a post to the forum, you give us the right to "publish" your posts in the forum. You also agree that any such posts are subject to being moved, edited or deleted by the administrator and/ or moderator(s).

Copyright of posts in this forum is deemed to belong to the original author. Unlike a number of similar sites, we do not claim ownership of content that you have written and posted on the site. 11. Attorneys’ Fees. In the event that any action, suit or legal proceeding is initiated or brought to enforce any or all of the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to such attorneys’ fees, costs and disbursements as are deemed reasonable and proper by an arbitrator or court. In the event of an appeal of an initial decision of an arbitrator or court, the prevailing party shall be entitled to such attorneys’ fees, costs and disbursements as are deemed reasonable and proper by the appellate court(s).

12. Law; Venue. This Agreement shall be deemed executed in the State of Missouri, USA, and shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri relating to contracts made and performed therein. Venue shall be proper only in the County of Greene, State of Missouri, USA.

13. Rule of Construction. It is expressly agreed by the parties to this Agreement that the rule of construction that a document should be more strictly interpreted against the person who drafted it shall not apply to any provision of this Agreement.

14. Waiver. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any repetition of such breach or default or in any way affect any of the other terms and conditions hereof.

15. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is judicially declared to be invalid, unenforceable or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not have the effect of invalidating or voiding the remainder of this Agreement, and the part(s) of this Agreement so held to be invalid, unenforceable or void shall be deemed stricken, and the Agreement will be reformed to replace such stricken provision with a valid and enforceable provision which comes as close as possible to expressing the intent of the stricken provision. The remainder of this Agreement shall have the same force and effect as if such part or parts had never been included.

16. Revision. This agreement may be revised from time to time as deemed appropriate. In the event of such revision, either email to our members or posting in a prominent place in the Millionairesville.com forum or on the Millionairesville.com web site shall constitute notice of such revision. Your continued participation in the Millionairesville.com forum and/ or community shall constitute acceptance of any such revised agreement.

17. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and proposals (whether written or oral) in respect to the matters specified.
